Making Peace: Civic Values and Religious Diversity Dinner
High school students in grades 11 and 12 from George Harvey CI, Archbishop Romero CSC and the Community Hebrew Academy of Toronto are invited to attend the Making Peace: Civic Values and Religious Diversity Dinner from 4-6 pm Tues Feb 21. This dinner is sponsored by the Learning Enrichment Foundation and the University of Toronto Multi-Faith Centre.
The dinner will explore questions for diversity, honouring different beliefs and identifying common civic values. Over dinner participants will have an opportunity to celebrate our diversity while naming concrete steps we can all affirm to make a difference for good in the world. Students will receive a certificate attesting to their participation.
